Caliber WR Grease
WATER RESISTANT & MULTIPURPOSE GREASE
DESCRIPTION:
Caliber WR grease is a Molybdenum disulfide based extreme pressure grease with a selected blend of additives to increase load carrying capacity. WR Grease is developed specially for use on ball and roller bearings operation under extreme loads or in sever environments.
APPLICATIONS
Caliber WR Grease is developed specifically for use on ball and roller bearings operations under extreme conditions or severe environments.
- Application of this grease to bell and roller bearings as well as antifriction bearings, cams, sliding mechanisms, sleeve bearings and bearings of transportation fleet equipment increases wear life and extends relubrication intervals.
- Provides extreme pressure, long term lubrication to bearings in heavy engineering processing machines, water pumps, trucks and vehicles, EOT cranes, material handling, equipment mining and construction equipment.
- Offers superior and long lasting lubrication to joints, couplings, Plain bearing, journals, small gear mechanisms, chasis, leaf springs, cables for steel industry and protects them from excessive wear or shock-loads.
BENEFITS
Caliber WR grease is highly water resistant and displays excellent work stability under high loadings, speeds, shocks and vibrations.
- Has exceptional resistance to the effects of heat, water, corrosion, ageing, weathering influences and high temperature oxidation.
- Provides exceptional lubrication and maintains a thin lubricational film of molybdenum disulfide which reduces wear & friction thereby increasing wear life of equipments.
- Extends relubrication periods and reduces amount of lubricant consumption.
- Provide lubrication within the temperature renge of -30oC to +180oC.
HOW TO APPLY
By normal methods of filling grease, Caliber WR Grease can be applied by hand or dispensed through grease guns or centralised lubrication systems, Pack bearing as per manufacturers instructions. Do not mix with conventional lubricant or grease.
